VITA Physio provides physiotherapy in Eastwood from Suite 407, Level 4, 160 Rowe Street, about two minutes’ walk from Eastwood Station. AHPRA-registered physiotherapists assess how you move, explain what they find, then build a personalised treatment and exercise plan for injuries, back and neck pain, surgical recovery and long-term conditions.
Why do Eastwood patients choose VITA Physio?
The clinic sits in the middle of the Rowe Street precinct, on the eastern side of the railway line, inside the Eastwood Centre Office Tower. You can walk up from the station, park in the shopping-centre car park, or drop in after work without crossing Sydney. For anyone who needs a course of treatment rather than a single visit, that convenience is the difference between finishing a programme and abandoning it.
Eastwood also sends us a particular mix of patients. Commuters who spend the day at desks in Macquarie Park and the city arrive with neck, shoulder and lower-back symptoms that flare on the train home. Families from Denistone, Denistone East and West Ryde come in around junior sport, school-bag posture and growing-pain complaints. Older residents from around Eastwood Park, Brush Farm Park and the surrounding streets ask about balance, stiffness and staying independent. Weekend runners and walkers from Darvall Park and Somerville Park turn up with knee, calf and heel problems.
We treat all of those from one place, with the same clinical approach: work out what is driving the symptom, treat it, then load the tissue properly so it holds. Evidence-based physiotherapy, delivered with patient-centred care – move better, heal faster, regain vitality.

Who will you see at your appointment?
You will be seen by an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist. Registration is not a formality: physiotherapists in Australia must be registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and meet its registration standards in order to practise. Our exercise physiology sessions are delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists, and our team brings decades of combined clinical experience across musculoskeletal, sporting, neurological, paediatric and senior care.
VITA Physio (Vita Physio Pty Ltd, ABN 49 687 574 205) is also a registered NDIS provider for Therapeutic Supports, so participants with therapy funding in their plan can be seen here. Clinical services are delivered within the applicable Australian healthcare and professional regulatory framework.
How do you get to the Eastwood clinic?
Eastwood Station is on the T9 Northern Line, and the walk to the building takes about two minutes. If you are driving, there is metered street parking on Rowe Street plus nearby public car parks and the Eastwood Shopping Centre car park. Take the lift in the Eastwood Centre Office Tower to Level 4 and follow the signs to Suite 407.
Full transport, parking and building-access detail is on our getting to our Eastwood clinic page.
What happens at your first physiotherapy appointment?
Your first consultation runs about 30 to 40 minutes. We start with your history – what happened, what makes it worse, what you have already tried, what you need to get back to. Then we assess: movement, strength, joint range, and the specific tests that separate one likely cause from another.
You leave with an explanation in plain language and a personalised treatment plan. That may combine manual therapy, exercise therapy, dry needling, taping or strapping, electrotherapy and heat or cold therapy, alongside exercises you can do at home. The plan is reviewed as you improve. Responses to treatment vary from person to person, which is why we reassess rather than run a fixed script.
One local detail worth knowing before you park
Street parking on Rowe Street is metered with short time limits, which is fine for a standard follow-up but tight for a first consultation or a Pilates session. For anything longer, use the Eastwood Shopping Centre car park and walk through to the office tower entrance – it sits beside the centre’s ground-floor entrance, next to Ningji Lemon Tea and opposite Chemist Warehouse. Check the signage on the day, because time limits on the street differ block to block.
