Coming in for the first time?

Send us a message if you need help finding us or arranging access, and we will call you back.

VITA Physio is at Suite 407, Level 4, 160 Rowe Street, Eastwood NSW 2122, inside the Eastwood Centre Office Tower beside the ground-floor entrance to Eastwood Shopping Centre. Eastwood Station is about two minutes’ walk. Street and shopping-centre parking are close by, and the building has lift access to Level 4.

Where exactly is the clinic?

The Eastwood Centre Office Tower sits on the eastern side of Rowe Street, in the middle of the Eastwood shopping precinct. The tower entrance is next to the ground-floor entrance of Eastwood Shopping Centre, immediately beside Ningji Lemon Tea and directly opposite Chemist Warehouse. If you can see the Chemist Warehouse sign, you are looking at the right block.

Search for 160 Rowe Street, Eastwood rather than the station when you set your navigation. Rowe Street runs on both sides of the railway line, and a pin dropped on Eastwood Station can send you to the western side, which means an unnecessary detour around the level crossing.

How do you get here by train or bus?

Eastwood Station is served by the T9 Northern Line, and the walk from the station exit to the office tower takes about two minutes on flat footpath. Come out on the eastern side, cross into the shopping precinct on Rowe Street, and the tower entrance is on your right beside the shopping centre doors.

Several bus routes also stop within a short walk of the Rowe Street precinct. If you are coming from The Hills District by public transport, the usual pattern is Sydney Metro to Epping, then two stops on the T9 Northern Line to Eastwood.

Where can you park near 160 Rowe Street?

There is metered street parking on Rowe Street and the surrounding streets, with short time limits that suit a standard follow-up appointment. Signage differs block to block, so read the sign next to your space rather than assuming.

For a first consultation, a clinical Pilates session or anything else likely to run longer, the Eastwood Shopping Centre car park and the nearby public car parks are the safer choice. You can walk through the centre to the ground-floor tower entrance without going back out onto the street.

How do you reach Suite 407 inside the building?

Enter the Eastwood Centre Office Tower from the Rowe Street entrance, take the lift to Level 4, and follow the signage to Suite 407. Reception is inside.

If you use a wheelchair, a walking frame or a pram, or you are bringing someone who does, let us know when you book. We will confirm the most direct step-free route into the building and have someone meet you if that is easier. Call (02) 9718 9580 and we will talk it through before your appointment.

Give yourself an extra ten minutes on a weekday morning

The Rowe Street precinct is busy from mid-morning, and the metered spaces closest to the tower turn over slowly. For appointments between 8.30am and 10am, either arrive ten minutes early to find a space, or head straight for the shopping-centre car park and skip the circling. Coming from The Hills District at that hour, the drive that takes about 20 minutes at midday can easily take 35.
