VITA Physio treats patients from one clinic at Suite 407/160 Rowe Street, Eastwood NSW 2122, about two minutes’ walk from Eastwood Station. Patients travel to us from Eastwood and Ryde, and from Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills and Norwest in The Hills District. Choose your area below for services, travel times and booking.

Where is VITA Physio, and who do we treat?

VITA Physio is an Eastwood-based physiotherapy clinic on Level 4 of the Eastwood Centre Office Tower at 160 Rowe Street. Everything happens under one roof: assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise rehabilitation, clinical Pilates, dry needling, massage therapy, exercise physiology and orthotic therapy. That matters because you keep the same team and the same notes as your programme progresses, rather than restarting somewhere new.

Most patients live in Eastwood itself or in the surrounding Ryde suburbs – Denistone, Denistone East, West Ryde, Marsfield, Epping and Carlingford. A second group travels in from The Hills District, where there is no VITA Physio premises but plenty of demand for physiotherapy that is worth a short drive. Our approach is the same wherever you start from: assess first, explain what we find, then build a personalised plan around your goals. Move better, heal faster, regain vitality.

Which areas does VITA Physio cover?

Eastwood and Ryde. Our home ground. The clinic sits on the eastern side of the Rowe Street shopping precinct, a short walk from Eastwood Station, Eastwood Library and the shopping centre. Best for anyone who wants regular hands-on sessions without a long trip. Physiotherapy in Eastwood

Castle Hill. About 14 km away, roughly 22 minutes outside peak via Castle Hill Road, or Metro to Epping then two stops on the T9 Northern Line. Popular for back pain, sports injuries, clinical Pilates and dry needling. Physiotherapy in Castle Hill

Baulkham Hills. Around 12 to 13 km, about 17 minutes outside peak on Windsor Road or the M2. There is no metro station in Baulkham Hills, so driving is the realistic option for most patients. Physiotherapy in Baulkham Hills

Norwest and Bella Vista. About 18 km, near 20 minutes outside peak via the M2. Norwest Business Park workers often book early morning or late afternoon around desk-related neck and back pain. Physiotherapy in Norwest

Before you set off, check your map pin

Rowe Street is split by the railway line, and a pin dropped on “Eastwood Station” can land you on the wrong side of the tracks. Search 160 Rowe Street, Eastwood instead. The office tower entrance is on the eastern side, beside the ground-floor entrance to Eastwood Shopping Centre, next door to Ningji Lemon Tea and directly opposite Chemist Warehouse. Take the lift to Level 4 and Suite 407 is signposted from the lobby.

What do patients ask before their first visit?

Do I need to live in Eastwood to book an appointment?

No. The clinic is in Eastwood, but patients travel to us from across Ryde and The Hills District. You are welcome to book wherever you live.

Is there a VITA Physio clinic in Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills or Norwest?

No. We have one clinic, at Suite 407/160 Rowe Street, Eastwood. Our suburb pages exist to help patients in those areas plan their trip and understand which services suit them.

Can a physiotherapist come to me instead?

Home visits are available locally for specific cases, and additional fees may apply. Call (02) 9718 9580 and our team will let you know whether a home visit is appropriate for your situation.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes, for follow-up appointments and other consultations where remote assessment is suitable. A first appointment is usually better in person so we can assess your movement properly.
