FAQ's

We’re a registered physiotherapy clinic in Australia, with AHPRA-registered physiotherapists. Contact us if your question isn’t answered here.

What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy treats physical conditions through movement, exercise, and manual therapy to reduce symptoms and improve mobility and function. It benefits all ages — children, athletes, seniors, or anyone recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic pain.

Your 30–40-minute consultation includes a review of your medical history, a physical assessment, and a personalised treatment plan aligned with your goals. This may include exercises, manual therapy, or other techniques. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any relevant scans or reports.

No referral is needed for private appointments. If you’re using Medicare, NDIS, or other programs, a referral may be required.

Yes. We support on-the-spot claims via HICAPS for most major insurers.

Absolutely. We offer tailored care for all ages, including paediatric and geriatric physiotherapy.

Response to treatment may vary depending on the pathology and the chronicity of the condition. You may feel relief, mild soreness, or increased mobility. Your therapist will guide you on what’s normal and how to care for yourself between sessions.
