Norwest and Bella Vista patients reach VITA Physio at Suite 407/160 Rowe Street, Eastwood in about 20 minutes outside peak – roughly 18 km via the M2, or 18 km toll-free on Old Windsor Road. Sydney Metro to Epping then two T9 stops is a realistic alternative for office workers.

Why do Norwest and Bella Vista patients choose VITA Physio?

Norwest is an employment centre before it is anything else, and the physiotherapy that follows from that is fairly predictable. Desk-based workers around Century Circuit, Norwest Marketown and the surrounding business park present with neck and upper-back tension, headaches that track from the neck, wrist and forearm complaints, and lower-back pain that has crept up over months of sitting. Most have tried a standing desk and a new chair before they call us.

The rest of the mix comes from the residential side: families around Bella Vista Farm Park and the newer estates, junior and social sport injuries, pregnancy-related and postnatal pain, and older residents working on balance and strength. Because a lot of our Norwest patients are fitting appointments around a work day, we plan programmes with that in mind – clear home exercises, fewer unnecessary visits, and telehealth follow-ups where a review does not need hands on you.

Everything runs from one Eastwood building: physiotherapy, clinical Pilates, dry needling, massage therapy, exercise physiology and orthotic therapy, with the same clinician following your case.

Which services do Norwest patients book most?

These four Norwest service pages cover the most common presentations.

What do we treat for Norwest and Bella Vista patients?

  • Neck and upper-back pain from prolonged sitting and screen work
  • Headaches arising from the neck
  • Lower back pain, including pain that returns each work week
  • Shoulder pain, including rotator-cuff related problems
  • Wrist, forearm and elbow pain from keyboard and mouse use
  • Sports injuries – hamstring, calf, ankle and knee
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Pregnancy-related and postnatal musculoskeletal pain
  • Balance, strength and mobility for older adults
  • Persistent pain that has not settled with rest or medication alone

What happens in your first appointment?

Expect about 30 to 40 minutes. We take your history – including what your working day actually looks like, because that usually matters more than the exercise you do twice a week – then assess movement, strength and joint range and run the tests that separate likely causes.

You leave with a personalised plan. For desk-related pain that generally means a combination of hands-on treatment, specific strengthening, and a small number of changes to how you sit, stand and break up your day. Individual responses vary, so we reassess and adjust rather than commit to a fixed number of sessions upfront.

How is treatment funded?

HICAPS on-the-spot claiming is available for most major private health insurers. We also accept Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plan referrals, NDIS therapeutic supports, Home Care Package and aged-care funding, WorkCover claims and CTP insurance claims. Bring your fund card, referral or claim number to the first appointment.

For a 9am start, the metro often beats the drive

Checked in Google Maps on 24 August 2026, Bella Vista to 160 Rowe Street was about 20 minutes and 18.5 km via the M2 with a toll, or about 23 minutes and 18.2 km toll-free on Old Windsor Road. Those are off-peak numbers. In the weekday morning peak the M2 and Pennant Hills Road both slow considerably, while Sydney Metro from Norwest or Bella Vista to Epping plus two T9 stops to Eastwood stays broadly consistent – and the walk from Eastwood Station to the building is about two minutes. If you are booking before 9.30am, the train is usually the more predictable option.
